The training programs provided by the Shim Jun School are the following:
Programs - Demo Team
The Shim Jun Songahm Taekwondo School created in 2008 a demonstration team with the objective of promoting Songahm Taekwondo and the school itself in various events also providing students the opportunity to learn new techniques. The Shim Jun Demo Team basis is set on Taekwondo techniques, which include forms, kicks, sparring, wood board breaks, weapons and self-defence, which are complemented with the practice of other activities such as acrobatic gymnastic and other martial arts such as Krav Maga and Capoeira.

Since 2001 that the school has been participating in national demonstration contests and has achieved many awards. We have performed many demonstrations in high schools and other events.
During the 2008-2009 season, the DemoTeam won a 1st and a 2nd place in national demonstration tournaments. It performed other three demonstrations: At the Oporto gym, during a testing even; On a BTT national championship event; At the closing event of Lisbon's French High-School, an institution of great renown in Portugal.

Practice
The DemoTeam usually practices on Saturday mornings (from 10h00 to 12h30)
at the Lisbon gym, once a month. Every time it is necessary additional practices may be scheduled and may also occur during week days.
Signing up
Every student, from white to black belt, who practices Songahm Taekwondo and has the will to develop his physical skills and techniques can sign up for the DemoTeam.
